I've never officially completed a Pokedex. I've caught all of the original 252, but never compiled them all into the same game. The closest I've gotten was probably my original Blue version. IIRC all I needed was Mew, a couple of Red-version exclusives, and there was one other Pokemon I was too lazy to evolve (Cloyster perhaps, I remember it was a Water type that had a final evolution which couldn't be found in the wild.)

Pokemon only? Hard to choose. Yellow and Pinball definitely have the most nostalgia factor, but as for more recent games, I really loved PMD: Explorers of Sky.

As far as non Pokemon games go, I've been addicted to Osu! for quite a while, so it's probably the closest to being my favorite. Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey is also one of my top favorites as well.

I haven't been playing any of the games much lately, since other games have been occupying me (Etrian Odyssey, Soul Hackers, SMT4, Ys games on Steam, La Mulana), but I often check Pixiv for fan art of Pokemon I like and read up on X/Y news whenever I can in anticipation of the new games.

I never have. I think the closest I ever got was in FireRed. I basically dumped all my Pokemon from various versions at the time into Pokemon Box for Gamecube and transferred them all onto FireRed. Had it around 3/4ths full IIRC. Then I was an idiot and lost the cart after moving.

I think it's fun and I take things too personally on other boards, and /vp/ is basically just a place where we say why our favorite fake monster is the best so it doesn't affect me nearly as much and I like the bara threads that come up sometimes and I like seeing how other people play and /vp/ has all the latest news. (Plus I like watching people flip the fuck out over everything when leaks are out, I literally laugh my ass off)

/cgl/ occasionally, /x/ to troll, /f/ because it's fun, /adv/ because people ask ridiculous things and it's funny, and /r9k/ because they will fall for even the simplest bait and it's basically like those "NO GIRLS ALLOWED" clubs 6 year olds would make to talk about how girls are all bad and have cooties.
