I gave Heracross a Brave nature, because it always has been, and a Modest nature for Darkrai because it wouldn't interfere with what was important here, but would help in the other battles that he had.
Heracross, at level 54, with a beneficial nature, deals 210 max. Darkrai's minimum HP at level 100 is 250.
