Anybody else love this motherfucker? Shame about his low balanced stats and no good recovery as well as losing hydration though.

It's also because he's sound based and part "Speaker"

He vibrates those lumps to several sound attack and uses resonance frequency to attack

Anyway, second coolest Water/ground behind Swampert. His sprite in Gen 5 looks like shit though
