I've found the enabler patch, but I just want a patch that has all the move data as well

YAFRH is a great mid-term; it has some new attacks (4th and 5th gen) implemented, and a new regional dex (where everything is useable), but basically is the Fire Red.
unless you want to play the plain old FR, I can find a patch for you if the case

Try this patch:
>Physical/Special Split with Icons next to moves (credit to Darthatron and Nook)
>Indoor Running (credit to HackMew)
>Decapitalization of Pokemon, Moves, Natures, Abilities, Trainers, and most items (credit to Zang)
>Moves have 5th Gen Power, Accuracy, Power, etc (with the occasional exception such as Growth and Uproar) (credit to Zang)
>Pokedex now shows full species name instead of first word
>Mew and Deoxys obedience (credit to Wiznatts)
>Regional Dex prepared to allow National Dex mons to evolve and be recorded as seen (credit to Jambo51, DoesntKnowHowToPlay, and ShyRayq10)
