I don't know if G/S had a demo of it's beta. It'd be silly if there was. All the info I know of the beta exists from magazines.

There was a demo available in Japan. This before both Nintendo and Game Freak decided to delay the release.

It's highly unlikely. Betas of old games are hard to come by. Usually all you can get are leftovers from version 1.0 of the roms.
Most game betas were stolen from gaming expos and then sold on the streets as the real deal at flea markets and chinese shops or in some cases shared over a BBS.
