The Sinnoh E4 is probably my favorite overall, Johto and Unova's are laughable, and Hoenn and Kanto's were just boring for the most part. Drake is the single E4 member I liked the most though, and that's because he's the one E4 battle I always had the most trouble with as a kid.
I remember when in my first game of Sapphire after a week of trying to beat Drake I finally managed to beat him with nothing left but my Blaziken by getting a lucky crit with Sky Uppercut on his flying Salamance, which then proceeded to sweep the entirety of Steven's team effortlessly. Felt great back then when I was seven, especially with RSE's amazing credits. No, I didn't start with Hoenn, I started playing about when GS came out. Played Red immediately after beating Silver.
