Room hitting moves are useful and are usually the same type of moves in the main series that hit multiple targets in double/triple battled.
Multi-hit moves like Bullet Seed and Rock Blast are very helpful, they do more damage per hit than their main series counterparts.
One of my best bros is a Lotad that has Blizzard (hits whole room), Bullet Seed (long range, multi-hit), Absorb (healing, STAB, PP), Water Gun (STAB, PP, Distance).
