>>13645041It's been a couple hours so I'll recount what happened:
After talking to you guys about it I kid of tried to bury the Volcarona, and the Larvesta didn't seem to like it much. Got singed a few times, but eventually it seemed to "get it" and at least I wasn't trying to eat it. The spinarak started making fierce skittering noises so I knew they weren't happy about this. The moment the Volcarona was covered in dirt and mud, I kind of just extended a hand a patted it awkwardly on the head and picked it up.
It wasn't too happy about that either, but I didn't care and tried to run through the line of Spinarak toward the town. I kicked and elbowed a couple out of the way, but they're pokemon and I'm a human so of course I got bit a couple times. Made it alright before I felt my fingers and stuff go numb, and it only got really bad when the town was in sight.
I walked up to the counter, dumped the Larvesta on the counter and blacked out, according to the nurse. I didn't really remember what happened after I crossed town limits.
The Larvesta, I should have expected, has taken a huge liking to me, and has refused to leave my side. Still, I absolutely do not have the resources to take care of a pokemon, I could barely afford a pokeball right now seeing as I'll be hospitalized for poisoning for a while. I'm going to have to use what meager savings I have to pay for the bill, so anybody in the Johto area willing to take in a potential Volcarona?
