It's almost certainly going to boost Hydro Pump.
>120 Base Power
>180 after STAB
>270 after rain
>assuming this ability is 1.5x, 405 BP after all these boosts

If my math is right it's not they might have to make a new tier for this fucker. And his SP. Att is probably going up as well.

Face it unless it's around a 1.5 boost there will be no reason to use water pulse over surf or hydro pump. The best possible outcome I can see is 135 bp dragon pulse.

I wish they just gave Blastoise Drizzle, if Charizard can have Drought, why can't Blastoise get drought, it was used for a rain ability in Pokemon Ranger 2.

Iron Fist says it boosts the power of punching moves, however it still boosts meteor mash, hammer arm and sky uppercut. Who knows, maybe certain other moves will be considered pulse moves.

also how do you know mega launcher won't boost them a lot?
if it were to boost them like 2x water pulse would become 20 pp 100% accuracy stab attack that does 120 damage and has a chance to confuse
