Pokémon Direct showed us that we could transfer a Sceptile from R/S/E to X/Y via Pokémon Bank. Pokémon Bank only works with B/W and B2/W2.

I can transfer my Sceptile from R/S/E to D/P/Pt through Pal Park. But how do i get him in B/W ?
