I know most of you are upset that the poke bank is going to have an annual fee but I'm honestly excited for it.
5 bucks is a steal for what you would have to do in the past (paying link cable or wireless adapters and another handheld).
This got me thinking though, just how far can I transfer over pokemon?
I have carts of all the gens, R/B/Y, G/S/C, R/S/E, D/Platinum, W/W2.
I know you can transfer over R/B/Y to G/S/C, but what about gens 2 to 3, or 3 to 4?
I figure gen 4 to gen 5 is fine since it's the same console.
