White: Defensive and support
Blue: Manipulation/set ups and counter-choices
Black: Trickery and debuffs
Red: Aggressive and chaotic
Green: Stompy as fuck. This one's really weird to try and translate to Pokemon mechanics, since most of Green's schtick really doesn't apply from the Pokemon perspective. "Get big" is sort of the baseline.
Of course, this isn't absolute. Just sort of the things to check-box when thinking, "Man, I wonder what color(s) [Pokemon] would be?"
