digimon isnt the first game to ever do power ups like this though, you only see the comparison because they are both monster games

Wow I just found out those pics are real.... Yeah I'm pissed, those are lazy ass designs. I'm pissed and still shocked that they are real. Wow. They couldn't put a little more effort into it? Really? If that was all I could come up with for a mega evolution I would just not give those 3 mega evos. It'd be cool if they got them, but not like this... Not like this.

This is a whole other level of bullshit..... They pretty much just added some stupid lookings fins to Charizard... Blastoice's unicannon is just.... wow. Venasaur is probably the best one even though it incorporated zero imagination.

Okay, so I take it you'd prefer it if they'd added a shit ton of changes?

See, people don't get that GF didn't want to change them a ton for the mega formes. They acknowledge that these three starters are important to a lot of the fans; more people would be complaining if they made Charizard an overdesigned piece of shit than if they take the safe route and make minor changes.

Not a shit ton of changes, but you and me both know that uni-cannon is retarded. That one bothers me the most. Charizard would probably be alright without the arm fins... I don't know. It just looks like they put 0 effort into this. They don't need drastic changes, but creative ones would have been nice. Not just "Big cannon, big flower, fins"
