Unfortunely, I don't think so. I find it a stretch that we'd get both a completely new set of Pokémon, AND Mega-Evolutions AND new Evolutions of older Pokémon.

Eevee is obviously a special case in having evolutions, but it hasn't yet gotten any new evolutions as the only part of its generation to do so.
