It can have 568 attack and not be bound by choice items. That's absolutely incredible and makes it the most fearsome pokemon in trick room. All it could want is a decent ability like Technician, not an evolution. Unless you'd prefer to dump its offenses or defenses into speed where it will be outsped anyway.
