It might just sort out pokemon with illegal movesets and types. I don't think pokegenned stuff is in too much danger.

Meh, I'd guess the ones with illegal moves and abilities and maybe those with 31 IVs in every stat.

I doubt properly generated Pokémon are in danger.

This. Its impossible to detect a pokegened pokemon, and believe me I have entered tournaments with illegal pokemon and they passed all of the checks.

31*6 IVs are perfectly legitimate, as they have the same probability of being produced as every other spread in the game. Sorry to burst your bubble, but us RNG Abusers will be perfectly capable of migrating our superior Bros.
