Anyone know any good randomizers for gen 5? Specifically white/black?

The only good one I could find only randomizes wild pokemon, I wanna randomize starters and enemy trainer pokemon too.

Also any romhacks that make it so when a pokemon faint it's gone forever just for convenience. Not important though, I can just release them like normal.
