Apparently my mom's favorite Pokemon is Goldeen, even if she couldn't remember its name exactly. She likes to say she knows "all" of the original Pokemon along with the newer ones she's seen my plushies of, but at best she can just recognize them as Pokemon. I like to quiz her on which one is Weedle and which one is Caterpie, and she only gets it right about half the time.
