I don't like the arm-wings either, and the extra spikes/ridges are kind of silly. I would have thought that its flames would increase in size or coverage, but its tip flame is barely longer. Even though the face/head is mostly the same, there's something about it that puts me off. It might be the central horn. I can't really justify it, it just bothers me.
Most of all, though, I don't like how, through an /evolution/ (Mega or otherwise), its hands and feet have become LESS articulated. That's not how evolution works (though I am well aware that they have done this since Gen 1, so no need to post Raichu paws to "prove me wrong").
