They look fine. Blastoise would look better if it was quadruped and lost the arm cannons. Or if they just moved the arm cannons to the side of the back shell.

If I had to rate them I would say

3. Venasaur looks bad
2. Charizard is pretty decent
1. Mega Blastoise is 10/10 mega master race. Will digivolve.

Seriously though I think mega blastoise is better than the original.
