If I take on the toughest trainers from around the world in a grand tournament, I would rather win trophies I can put in a room, instead of tournament fun bucks that you can only spend on tournament sanctioned training supplements at the tournament gift shop
There needs to be more to the game than just battling, or at least battling solely for the sake of battling, that shit can get boring
I honestly wish they would just do one new gen without adding a ton of new pokemon and features, and just focused on including and perfecting all the shit they already have
