How do you organise your boxes /vp/?

I generally have one box for each type during playthrough, then when I start working for the Pokédex I put my pokes in numerical order.

During playthrough I have them sorted by what I need to do with them.
So in my current White 2 game:
Box 1 & 2: Fully evolved
Box 3: Requires evolution
Box 4: Requires breeding (because so many things are only available in their evolved form)

Once I'm just dexing or training I go by primary type, with my EV trained stuff marked with a square.

The last box is usually reserved for my team Pokémon/Pokémon I plan on using in my regular playthrough. The second last box is reserved for Legendaries. Box 1 to X is for regular Dex fillers.
My W2 is my main game. Now that I've completed the main story my boxes look like this:
Box 1 - 10: Every fully evolved Pokémon, all male (or female/neutral in case of Magnezone or Blissey)
Box 11 - 18: All released Dream World females
Box 18: Got a little space left for N's Pokémon
Box 19: High IV Pokémon for future breeding
Box 20 - 21: Current breeding projects/leftovers
Box 22: Event Pokémon and Shinies
Box 23: Legendaries
Box 24: Main Pokémon

I don't usually catch many Pokemon during the game, so all my Pokemon fit in the first box or two. When I do start to build a collection, I sort them in numerical order and (if it's a game where most of the national dex is available) segregate them into generations. And if I'm IV breeding, those Pokemon get their own box.

Purgatory box: pokémon that I like/have always wanted to use, but I haven't used/I already have used and even have evolved forms of them
Heaven box: my bros + MN slaves
Valhalla: legendaries
Limbo: anything I can't decide where to put
Laboratory: breeding sessions results, trading fodder, utilities (synchronize pokémon, flame body pokémon etc.)

Box 1 and up is for anything. 24 is full of the Pokemon I construct teams with, 23 is more of the same but generally with NU/RU mons, 22 is shinies, and 21 and below are for eggs.

1 and 2 are usually miscellaneous things I catch during the game because they are neat or uncommon (I also catch things that give me a hard time because of honor)

then 3 is generally things I actually use in game
4 is things I use out of game
5 is babies and eggs
then the rest are collection boxes like a legendary box, a rare or shiny box, I had an unown box with all the unowns in them but that's in gen 4 and I am not transferring them all
