So, its safe to say that the second favorite "fake-type" is Sound, correct?

If sound were to be an actual type (Which it probably won't be any time soon) What would its weaknesses/resistances be? What would sound type moves hit super-effectively?

I can only think that all sound moves would have increased damage when used against a sleeping pokemon.
