I had a friend that passed away a little over a year ago. He played many video games with me and all of my other bros.
He had many physical problems with paralysis, so he could only really excel at video games and other low-mobility-stuck-in-a-chair kinds of things. Only his hands could really move, and his arms needed to be placed everywhere for him.
Two months after he passed away, my other friends and I had already moved on. Not being too glum about it any more. Just remembering the good times.
I was playing Black at home one day, making sure I got everything I could possibly do, done so that I could migrate absolutely everything to Black 2 before resetting for some quick run throughs for one-of pokemon. I had the dowsing machine on and I found a hidden item by a sign.
It was from Steven. He had done an Entralink Item Mission. His in-game self left something on the item that said something like, "I hid this for you! I hope you always cherish this item!"
It was just a regular poke ball.
I start crying like a faggot right then.
I miss you man. I wish you could game with us just like old times.
