The fucking NPCs in BW2. THE DONT FUCKING SHUT UP. Ever.

Why cant this motherfucker just tell me everything he needs to at one time. Instead he bothers me here, once in town, once outside his school. Inside his school. When I walk outside his school and then here again. All for shitty information that is not that hard to figure out.

Gen 6 better not be filled with momentum stopping dialogue. This is straining. What ever happened to Gen 1 being a "figure it out for yourself"athon

I have similar complaints. BW2 is awful at the beginning of the game because of tutorials and NPCs bogging you down.

I'm digging my own grave saying this, but in GENWUN the story was just HERE'S YOUR POKEMON GO BE THE CHAMPION...and you left on an unknown adventure. With the past two gens they've really weighed you down with dialogue and handheld you to the next areas.
Maybe it's because I know the formula now, and I just wanna go on my own damn adventure and say fuck all to any other shit.

since Gen 3, the story has been the exact same. Get the badges, and oh no, an evil team is trying to get the legendary pokemon that will only obey the true champion. Its over used and tired. The legendary pokemon are supposed to be legends. Not some pokemon that cant do anything about a gang of people caging it.

I think this is a nintendo mandate now that all games have to hold your hand from beginning to end.

Look at mario and luigi dream team. Shows you the puzzle, Shows you how to complete the puzzle, gives you hints how to solve the puzzle then frees you to go do the puzzle they just showed you how to solve.
