Listen, friend. If you're remotely careful with your pricey equipment like an adult, and aren't autistic enough to buy more than one 3DS model, the system tying becomes an enormous perk, not a flaw. My games are always in my pocket, I can buy them without even leaving my house, and I get them all minutes after the initial release. It's not an inferior method of purchase unless you're dumb enough to smash your system somehow like a retarded ape.
