So, playing White2 and I'm at the third gym, I'm looking to get a better handle on my ongoing team. I've got:
Servine
Growlithe
Herdier
Magnemite
Girdurr
all around level 27

Any suggestions for a team going forward? Or just some love for B/W pokes?

You will definitely need a water-type or at least a Surf slave. Plenty good option like Starmie and Jellicent come to mind or Ducklett if you are just looking for a Surf slave since it can also fly

I was pretty stoked to get an Eevee so early and was immediately thinking Glaceon before I found out you can't evolve it until late game.

Why not go Vaporeon? Helped me out a ton in White 2, and you can grab an Eevee in Castelia.
