Hell Cookie Clicker is most likely a meme by now with 4chan misuse of the word just because it last longer then a month. Personally I would just call it a game that is well liked or else CoD would also be a meme.
In short any word on 4chan lost their meaning long ago. That word is nothing more then an abbreviation.
