Do you think the "1 Mega per battle" rule will apply to NPCs too? I could see them breaking that rule for really strong trainers. For instance: If Red comes back as an optional challenge or in a new PWT or something, his new gimmick could be being able to Mega evolve all of his starters. They've broken the rules for shit like Lance's Dragonites or Ghetsis's Hydreigon so I don't see why not.
