Stoutland is an absolute bro in Gen V: Return destroys everything and Stoutland has nice all around balanced stats (excluding SpA which it doesn't need) making it useful in just about any situation. Stoutland was actually the Pokemon that made me like Normal types. I also use a Stoutland in my sand team which I use in PWT triple battles. Protect/Facade/Crunch/Dig, Holding Toxic Orb. Sand Rush lets it outspeed just about all enemies and it deals a shitload of damage with a status boosted STAB Facade and 252 Attack EVs combined with Adamant nature.

SuperPower, Ice Fang, Return Crunch

Expert belt doesn't work for return, but return hardly ever gets used with the perfect coverage ice/fighting/dark cover.

tell that to my rape train with no brakes. Expert Belt boosts super effective damage, which ice/fight/dark all hit super effectively in OU 9/10 times. and it saves me from having to switch due to choice band, or taking recoil damage from life orb.
