Why is Seviper so bad, /vp/? It's crazy slow and doesn't even have any bulk to back it up. It's not even like it's a case of bad allocation; it still has a low BST. I know it's supposed to have the same BST as Zangoose, but they could easily dump 30-50 points into them. Dump all 50 into Seviper's speed, and for Zangoose, give it some extra speed and dump the rest into its defenses and SpAtk. It really is a shame. Seviper is such a cool Pokémon.
