What is your policy for adding team members/catching wild pokemon?
After doing a firered run where all my party mons ended up having ridiculously shitty IV's (except my broporeon), I decided that I would pick a pokemon to add to my party off of a certain route, and then catch 3-4 off them, use a calculator to find the one with the best IV's, and then release the others so I dont have to level my pokemon to oblivion to win a battle
