He's well known as being really good at pokemon battles.

Ironically, he's actually pretty terrible. He popularized the shitty, easy to beat gimmick, the FEAR rattata.

because, it absolutely is not. Chandelure and Exeggutor aren't OU. Jellicent and Blissey are only semi-common in OU.

Only Ferro and Dragonite are typical of "generic", but 2 out of 6 isn't even bad at all....
