Holy shit that's among the worst possible typings I can imagine. 2x weakness to Rock, Water, Grass and Ground and 4x weakness to Fighting and Steel. All those types besides Steel are extremely common attacking types, making that Pokemon completely useless. Also, it has a double weakness to two priority moves and is weak to pebbles. Straight to the lowest and darkest depths of NU it goes, never to return. Even its ability cannot save it from its awful typing.
