I would like to tell everyone that just because Chespin second stage evo 'looks funny' doesn't mean that it's final evolution won't be great. Yeah you all laugh at it, but wouldn't you also laugh at Pupitar and Shelgon? And then you all say it will have a shit final stage, but then when the reveal of Tyranitar and Salamence comes round, you all proclaim those evolution lines to be awesome.

Chespin's evolution line will be exactly the same.

You all laugh at the second stage, but when the final stage is revealed, all of you would WANT Chespin. Chespin's shell is just the cocoon stage, and something amazing will be born out of that cocoon.

So yeah enjoy your shitty starters, because once you'll see Chespin's final form, you'll regret picking the lesser ones.
