Seriously look at the crests that start above it's eyes. When it evolves, they're gonna extend down it's neck. If the evo comes out looking anything like the real thing, I'm training this mon.

Nigga thats going to be an Allosaurus. GF tries to have its two fossils come from the same fossil era, and Long necked therapods existed primarily in the jurassic. Trex was late Cretaceous.

The fossil records dont match. It's gunna be an Allosaurus I bet

Yeah, they're Cretaceous, but Chigorasu doesn't bear reference to Allosaurus at all. I was thinking that it MIGHT be a Gorgosaurus, with chi from chiisana (small).

It's a Jurassic tyrranid. The best time to use a Trex would have been gen 4 with bastiodon

Gorgosaurus and Amargasaurus are both Cretaceous. Though Allosaurus and Amargasaurus are closer to each other on the timeline and Gorgosaurus and Tyrannosaurus are both Late Cretaceous.

When Chigorasu gets an evo, it'll be easier to determine what it is mostly based on. Might be a clusterfuck too.

Ignoring the name, the stature really resembles Amarusu. Could be possibly just Brachiosaurus with crests, Amargasaurus or a mishmash. Then again, the head shape brings to mind Camarasaurus, being so round.

Amarusu evolves into Sauroposeidon or Mamenchisaurus and becomes the tallest Pokemon. You heard it here first.

About the head, I really think they just went for a cartoonized or chibi look with this being the first evolution. Though I can see this turning into a amargasaurus kinda thing, but with Brachio's build.

The chibifying is a valid point when it's about a children's game. There are always details that are deleted due to simplifying a design.

I was suggesting the more upright sauropods due to Amarusu being posed like that, but I can see that it'd turn horizontal after evolving.
Seismosaurus as a species is debatable as my main source (paleodb) and other sources claim it to be Diplodocus.
If it really were to turn out to be the longest and not tallest it would undoubtly be based on diplodocids than other sauropods.
