Mega Garchomp has 190 base attack and 130 base speed.

it outspeeds weavile with 125 base speed.
jesus fucking christ. the only good thing about mega garchomp is that it can't have a yache berry on it. So a focus sashed ice punch into ice shard should be enough to kill it
