If it doesn't, the only Ghost (so far) that it really has to fear is Gengar, and with the right team support (say, Trick Room), a Zen Headbutt will OHKO Gengar no problem. Hell, Gengar's so frail, a Bullet Punch is usually enough.
It's possible we'll start to see Shadow Ball become more widely used on non-Ghosts, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it, since the Gen 6 metagame hasn't even started yet.
And it can always take on Fairies, so that's something.
