I'll probably box all of them after a while though.

Battling with starters can sometimes make the game even easier and I want a bit of a challenge.

Picking Charmander because I already have my Blastoise from Fire Red and I like Charizard's mega more than Venusaur's. But I'm going to box him and raise him post-game, because I'm going to try out Pyroar.

did they make a big deal about the fact that you could get the Johto starters in R/S/E? How about the fact that you could get BOTH the Kanto and Hoenn starters in HG/SS. If it was post-game stuff, they wouldn't be hyping it as if it were early-game stuff. Think, anon.

Since I have already the 3 Kanto starters ... I think I'll go with Charmander because I have a fully EV trained Venusaur and Blastoise and for Kalos Chespin of course I don't even care about its shitty second stage.
