Even number of cannons > odd number of cannons. The bloated arms with the mini cannons looks incredibly tacked on, and that giant cannon on top unbalances the whole design.

This is known as gilding the lily. Unnecessary and ultimately detracts from the concept.

It's okay.

It's better than Mega Venusaur but worse than Mega Charizard but better than most megas overall.

I think it would look better without the hand canons if they are going for a hunched over look.

I like his more prominent design changes, but the made his face in general look hella weird. Part of it is the way it's displayed, but the other part is just awkward design changes. Overall though, I rather like it.

I agree. I'd like it more if he just had normal hands and then just braced himself on all four and fired a HUGE blast with that one cannon, like an AA-Gun
