So the eShop version of the game will be available on October 12nd at 00 hours. But.. what is 00 hours? Time is different in every country. Are we getting an universal download time or not?

I know what. I mean when is midnight in USA, it's not yet in some other country. The question is if it's going to be availabe at the same time in the whole world or those who live in other places have to wait while others are already downloading it.
