Is anyone here experienced in hacking gen 5?

I downloaded this gen 5 hacking tool and Im trying to learn how to use it because I plan to remake all the games on the gen 5 engine. Im not advertising but if youre interested you could help me if not but you know anything about hacking then any advice would be appreciated.
