What kind of trainer are you?
When you play, are you more like AJ, or do you bond with your Pokémon like Ash?

I personally train 3 as my favorite ones the others will fall behind by the third gym

Except my HM Slave. Forever level 6, forever fodder when I restore/revive a KO'd teammate.

Through out my journey till the end of me beating the elite four, my pokemon aren't given potions, revives, pp, etc, till the last fucker in the elite 4 is DOWN.

If they ever get KO'd, it's because they're weak. I literally have them sit in the computer thinking of their future usefulness. If the verdict is exile, then I just go find a better or stronger version of said pokemon.

It's hard to train more than four pokemon evenly or the grind becomes too tedious. So it's usually four pokes I really like then two HM whores.
