Pidgeot's long ass head crest reminds me of Chinese kites
I think if we made the black eye marker slide down some of his belly, slimmed his stomach down some, and expanded his tail feathers to match his head crest it could work.
Maybe if they wanted to go just a little over detailed (as every mega is) they could also add streamers to the end of his wings.
Imagine the sight of based Pidgeot soaring through the sky a mile up, his ribbon feathers streaming elegantly behind him, and then suddenly BAM! Mother fucker goes full on dive into ExtremeSpeed and kills a hapless Magikarp.
