I personally hope she is. I can totally imagine battling her in full 3D, her whipping out her Garchomp and Mega Evolving it right in front of us... ah, what a dream...

Cynthia is the best champion (closely followed by Steven who makes cameos far too rarely).

Cynthia wiping her hair and letting her jacket blow in the wind before throwing out her team of rape machines all in glorious 3D, I don't think I can handle it.

Not to mention a beautiful remastering of her battle theme.

The only possible thing that could make me love Cynthia more is if she got my favorite Pokemon on her team, oh wait, she already fucking did
