You could switch in on Mega-Garchomp any fucking day and wreck its shit with HP Ice or a Fairy attack.

Nah, Levitate gives you an additional immunity and lets you counter Mega-Garchomp as you resist both its STABs and will outspeed it.
Hidden Power Ice from Mismagius or a high powered fairy type attack should be enough to OHKO Mega-Chomp.
