Setting is ancient times before pokeballs existed.

People were being terrorized by feral pokemon and your job was to start hunting some of them down.

Your village elder gives you the choice of 3 rare knives based on grass, water or fire.

You start killing pokemon, using their skin and bones as armor and weapons.
Along the way, you'll encounter bandits with poke-weapons and armor trying to loot you as well.
