What if he didn't make a mistake? What if Chespin is Grass/Fighting and Froakie is Water/Dark? It makes sense, since Froakie is a ninja and Chespin is a paladin, a generally "light" fighter.

However, this would break the triangle. I'd love to see Quilladin transform into a evil dark type too.

If Braixen evolves into anything other than Fire/Psychic, I will be very confused.
