Its ability coupled with pretty good bulk and attack still make him a good threat, but I'm sure they will add some more Pokémon to deal with it. Hell, even just BW2 already added Landorus-T, which Excadrill can't fucking touch. It also lost two resistances, which surely were useful, but let's not forget it can now finally use Iron Head effectively thanks to the new Fairy type. I think it's too early to say if it's gonna be banned or not, but so far I think it will not.
