Has anyone pointed out that the evolution of this is probably called Tyrex or something similar?

Tyrunt is the 'Royal Heir Pokemon' and y'know it's sort of a T.Rex... rex meaning king.

Also Tyrunt is such a little badass.

That would also work. Tyrex is a little on the nose but then again GF are rarely known for their subtlety.

Problem is, apart from his signature moves they're hopefully going to give him (a la head smash), he only really has Crunch and the element fangs to make use of the ability

It's going to have great stats and typing, but a horrible movepool/ability combo

He's pretty much guaranteed to have high Attack, let's just hope they go the fast T.rex route. Nevermind competitive, even when they say anything works ingame it's just not fun to use something frail that gets worn down after 2 or 3 battles.

A Dragon "jaw" move is nigh guaranteed at this rate. Shame Dragon Fang is already an item because its a simple but effective name. Now we'll have to get Draco Fang or Dragon Crunch, unless they take the Dual Chop approach and give it something more ambiguous like Crushing Bite or Mighty Jaws.

Even if it was a literal clone of Crunch it would be pretty nice. Dragon Claw with a boost and a chance for a Defense drop.
